Privacy Notice — Tsked Waitlist

This notice covers the waitlist page at tsked.app only. It does not cover the Tsked app itself, which will have its own privacy notice once it exists.

What we collect

• The email address you give us when you join the waitlist.
• Your tier preference (Gentle / Momma / Roast), if you choose one.
• Anonymous, cookieless analytics on this page — things like page views and button clicks, collected in a way that can't be tied back to you individually and isn't used to track you across other sites.

We don't collect anything beyond that. No accounts, no passwords, no payment information — there's nothing to buy here yet.

Why we collect it

To let you know when Tsked is ready, to send occasional updates about the product, and to understand in aggregate how people use this page so we can improve it. Your email is never used for anything beyond that.

Where it's stored

Your email and tier preference are stored with Formspree, the third-party service that runs this waitlist form. Analytics are stored with our cookieless analytics provider and aren't linked to your email.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as the waitlist is active, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If we shut the waitlist down without launching, we'll delete the list rather than keep it indefinitely.

Unsubscribing and deletion

Every email we send has a working unsubscribe link. If you'd rather we delete your information outright instead of just unsubscribing you, email hello@tsked.app and we'll remove it.

We don't sell or share your data

We don't sell your email or tier preference to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only parties who touch it are the ones listed above, and only to run the waitlist itself.

Your rights (GDPR basics)

Joining the waitlist is based on your consent — the signup checkbox isn't pre-ticked, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us. You can ask to see what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted (the right to erasure) by emailing hello@tsked.app. This applies regardless of where you're located.
